Welcome to our Dog Training School, webpage. Please read on for information about our School, teaching methods, personnel and Classes.
We have classes in:- Basic puppy training through to competitive obedience (C) level also Agility.
We train with commands, food reward and praise.
HEAD TRAINER - Janet Wesley B.I.P.D.T.
Janet Wesley is a Qualified British Institute Of Professional Dog Trainers Instructor and Behaviourist.
Janet has over 30yrs experience in training:-
Pet Dogs
Showing
Breeding
Agility Training
Security Dog Training
Problem Dogs
Competition Obedience
Janet has appeared on T.V. and is the dog trainer for Nottingham Radio. Janet has trained the Old Park Far Dog Display Team for the last 27yrs.
Training dogs to do Agility, Obedience and a fire Jump display.
TRAINER
Jannet Wesley, daughter of the above, has been brought up with German Shepherds, Collies and an assortment of Rescue dogs.
Her first command was at the age of 3. When she told her constant companion Sadie (a German Shepherd), to fetch.... her mum, for telling her off.
Which Sadie dutifully did!!!
She made her first appearance in the display team at the age of 8yrs and has been involved with the team since than.
Training all breeds of dogs in the team to the high standard of Obedience and Agility required in the general public. Jannet has competed in Agility, Obedience and handles at Pedigree shows.
STEWARDS
Both our Trainers judge at shows and have their own stewards who help in the school.
These are experienced handlers in the Dog Display Team.

Beginners / Novice Class - This class is for the Novice owner who needs Basic Obedience. The class teaches Walk, Sit, Down, Stay, Leave on command and socialization. This Class also incorporates FUN AGILITY.
Sunday 12.30 - 2.30pm
Advanced Classes - These Classes will include Advanced Training and Advanced Agility.
Monday Evening 7pm - 8.30pm
